Snowboard Base Repairs?

Just do it yourself. Get a p-tex candle at any shop or REI, light it and fill the gouges. Then, just sc the p-tex flush, it's pretty basic. A shop would probably rip you off and charge like $20-$35 for it would be my guess, so just do it yourself.
