How do you get black feet marks out of shoes you can't wash?

I have some sandals (cork wedges), and the part where my feet go have black feet marks. I've tried keeping my feet clean before I wear them, but the sandals have just gotten blacker and blacker. Any suggestions on how to get these feet marks off? Washing them might ruin the faux suede part where the feet marks are.
