Risks of home brewing?

Becoming sick from those home made drinks is not something to be worried about. As it turns out nothing pathogenic proliferates in alcoholic and low acidic solutions. What will get you sick is drinking too much of that witches brew. The alcohol content commonly measured as Alcohol By Volume or ABV, will be determined by the recipe formulated for the respective drink. The alcohol may be as low as 3.5 ABV or even as high as a whooping 20% ABV. It can be even higher but it becomes progressively more difficult to produce the wickedly higher alcohol at home. Chances are low of getting sick as long as you do not drink like a fish.
