Burn fat/gain muslce !!!!?

alright so i am 16 and 5 11 i weigh about 198 pounds i been working out for about a year and half i go gym 4 days a week play all year round sports summer rugby winter hockey and football during school. i got a bit of fat left of me cant seem to get it off my weight doesn't change at all been there for like 3 months now but i weights increasing steadily. i am about 15%-17% body fat i want to be about 10-12% mydiett is all right not perfect i do eat the odd junk food i do eat good food at the same time and drink lots of water. i want to see my abs and more def-finedd body overall. i most of my cardio is from sports and i some times do 10Min'ss before a work out. any thing i could improve on or changee up? i get my proteinn to. i also still want to gain
