If i have two njps in the marine corps can i still be promoted quickly or get a meritorious promotion?

i was about to be a lance corpral but i got a second non judicial punishment for underage drinking in the marine corps. im about to be shot back down to a private (E-1) and that totally sucks. so i was wondering if i can still be promoted quickly if i am a good marine, and also if i can still get a meritorious promotion. if they put me on a lcpl board for promotion is there even a chance of winning with having two njps in my record book? how can i get promoted as fast as possible?
