Will Shelton Benjamin ever return to WWE?

I doubt it, Shelton wasn't being used rightfully by WWE anyway, I mean he was a 3 time Tag team champ, he was a IC Champ and a US Champ, but in my mind, Benjamin had so much skills that he could've had a good main event push and could've held the WWE title for at least 1 month. Benjamin is better off with ROH or TNA, at least they can push him like he should be pushed.
