Ok..people i lost 20 kilos in one year and am still on the diet and its making me depressed.im always hungry?

i do 35 minutes on the treadmill every morning, running at 8.5mph, burning 550 calories and i do 37 minites in the afternoon same speed burning 600 calories i also do 300 sit ups a days 60 squats, i eat like 30 grams of bran flakes in the mornin with skimmed milk and 2 fruits and then i combine lunch and dinna, everyday i have 50 grams of rice with lots of vegeatables and then i have anohter 2 fruits, i have been doing this routine for so long, its making me so depressed, i run out of energy so quick and im always hungryyy ..what can i do??? HELPPPP
