How many sig figs is a baker's dozen?

Actually, a baker's dozen is an exact value since it counts up physical objects in an amount by eyesight, not by a human-made measuring device. You do not apply the concept of significant figures to such a value. Or, you could say there is an infinite number of significant digits. In any event, the presence of an exact value does not affect the final number of significant figures in the answer.
