Hong Kong International Airport?

Ok so, we cancelled our Kuwait Airways flight and took Oasis Hong Kong Airlines and Cathay Pacific. We will be arriving in Hong Kong at 3:30 pm and our next flight to Manila will be at 10:00pm. Is it possible for me and my dad to get out the airport and have a quick tour in the city? If so, what should we do with our luggages and how much would a taxi or bus cost us to travel to and from the airport? Please give me some advice because I dont want to stay at the airport alone for 7 hours. Please give me some tips and advice :)
