Am i going to lose weight?
So i wake up in the morning and do an hour of kickboxing with the weighted gloves. I eat a healthy low calorie break feast. If i get hungry in between break feast and lunch i have a granola bar. For lunch i eat low calorie foods. Once again a granola bar if i get hungry before supper. then i take aqua full which is a substance you put in water and it helps fill you up 30 Min's before supper so you eat less then i eat a portioned meal. I do an hour of running and or Pilate's before bed. I also drink lots of water and if i get the munchies i eat ice cubes. Will i lose a lot of weight and how fast will i lose weight ? like how much in a week ?
